  • Prize of General Administration of Cultural palaces (best unpublished group of short stories) 2008. 
  • Prize of Ramatan (Taha Hussein), for best single short stories 2004. 
  • Prize of Egyptian Writers Association, for best short stories 2003. 

 

Illustrating drawings and caricature 

  • Performed caricature for El Ahaly newspaper between 1996 and 2000, El Badil newspaper in 2008. 
  • Performed caricatures for Sawaseya, a periodical publication edited by Cairo institute for human rights studies (CIHRS) in 2000.  
  • Performed caricature for three books, published by the CIHRS about human rights in 2007, titled:  1- The Egyptian Elections.   2- The Right for physical integrity and safety.  3- The University independence.  
  • Performed illustrating drawings for “Going out to the light” (al khoroug ila el nour), a book published by ACT center, 2011. 

 

Fine Art Exhibitions

 

  • Private exhibitions: held about 7 private exhibition, first one in Cairo atelier (painting) 2002, then Cairo atelier (sculpture) 2006, Cairo atelier (painting) 2007, Nagui Hall for fine arts (painting) 2008, The International Center for cultural development (photography and sculpture) 2009. Lastly in Mahmoud Mokhtar museum (photography and sculpture) 2010, and Cairo atelier (painting and sculpture) 2010.
